What is the maximum size you can make?

The maximum size we can make is 116 inches wide and 120 inches high. If the size you want is not available on the customization page, you can inquire with us through Amazon messages or email.

What's the difference between Battery Motor and Hardwired Motor?

Power: Battery Motors are powered by built-in batteries. Hardwired Motors require a power outlet to operate.

Control signals: Battery Motors are controlled via Bluetooth. Hardwired Motors are controlled via Wi-Fi and can be directly connected with Alexa and Google.

Will the blinds be controlled individually if I have several blinds in my room?

Yes, simply put each blind on a different channel. If you want to control all blinds with one click, please use channel 0 or group the blinds together.

Do I need to purchase a remote control or solar panel?

Remote control: We recommend one remote control per room. Solar panel: Highly recommended if your windows are in a hard-to-reach location for charging.

Can I set a timer to open and close the blinds at a certain time of day using only the remote?

Yes, you can. However, the remote control needs to be near the blinds for effective operation.

Multi-Channel Remote Control

The multi-channel remote control can control up to 6 blinds separately. You can set groups to control multiple shades simultaneously.

Free Stop At Any Position
